5 long months after blowing out my knee....

and 4 LOOOOOG months after ACL reconstruction surgery and almost 60 hours of PT, I finally strapped on the running shoes today and went running outside! I did .6 miles and came home with a big smile on my face! 40 more days until I get my brace... I am so looking forward to playing sports again!!! :)
