ACL update
It's been 2.5 weeks since my ACL reconstruction surgery and rehab is going pretty well! The ice machine is a God-send and with the constant iceing, my swelling is about 60% down and I can see my knee cap. I am also able to walk without crutches and drive with no issues although getting into the car is still pretty painful since I have to bend my right knee. PT has been very useful. I started on the bike in my thursday session. It felt really wierd but it went well without too much pain. They're also working on my flexion and anything pass 125 degrees is PAINFUL... I am about 2 weeks ahead of schedule and overall pretty happy with the recovery.
